A well-established men's clothing brand, with over five years in the business, recognized the potential revenue being lost due to a non-optimized website experience. Seeking to enhance their site without a complete overhaul, they partnered with our agency for a comprehensive CRO solution.

The Challenge

Despite having an excellent product range and a strong marketing team, the client lacked in-house development capabilities for setting up and managing a full-scale A/B testing campaign. They needed a partner who could handle the entire CRO process, from ideation to development and implementation. Our approach was to implement high-velocity A/B testing across all core areas of the site continuously. This strategy allowed us to rapidly test new ideas on the homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and navigation. This method led to swift learning and enabled quick adjustments, significantly enhancing site performance.

Observing that users were spending considerable time on the website, we revamped and tested older UI elements to provide a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
